The Edo State chapter of the All Progressives Congress has congratulated former Deputy Governor Rt. Hon. Philip Shaibu on his birthday, describing him as a steadfast party man and a committed leader whose contributions continue to shape the state’s political landscape.

In a statement issued by the party’s Publicity Secretary, Barr. Peter Uwadiae-Igbinigie, the APC said Shaibu has shown resilience and capacity both in public office and within the party structure. The statement praised his years of service as Deputy Governor, noting that he demonstrated firm dedication to the people of Edo State.
