In Edo State, Governor Godwin Obaseki, will on Thursday, 18^th of January play host to the Governors of the South-South States.

In a statement, the state commissioner for communication and orientation, Chris Nehikhare, said the meeting will be attended by the BRACED Governors of Bayelsa, Rivers, Akwa Ibom, Cross River, and Delta States.

The BRACED Commission was established in 2010 under Article 14 of the BRACED Agreement and signed on the 13^th of June, 2011.
