Motorists and Commuters have called on the attention of both the Edo state and Federal government to deplorable state of the Ovia bridge at the Benin-Lagos.
Super FM reporter, Randy Ogbobio, who spoke to some users of the bridge lamented it poor state as it is very difficult to ply the road whenever it rains. Others expressed fear saying the bridge has become a hideout for armed robbers.
It will be recalled that several accidents have recently occurred on the bridge. Motorists also plead that state government should apply temporary measures to fix and make it manageable.
