A former Chief of Army Staff, retired Lieutenant General Tukur Buratai has called on the Federal Government to put in place a reward system for security agents in the country.

Buratai who made this known at an award ceremony in Abuja, said this would help motivate and ensure the country gets the best out of its security personnel.

The former Army Chief added that with a reward system in place, security personnel would show more commitment and loyalty, noting that this was needed to address insecurity as well as to move the nation forward.
