World soccer governing body FIFA says it has concluded

arrangements to set up an academy in every country by the

year 2026.

FIFA made the confirmation during its 73rd Congress

currently going on in Kigali, Rwanda.

FIFA’s chief of global football development, Arsène Wenger

said that it is a great opportunity for young people around the

world to play football.
